A UK clean energy business is entering a critical phase, moving from advanced prototype toward scaled product rollout. They need a senior engineering leader to bridge core technology and delivery.
What You’ll Do
* Productise large-scale hydrogen generation systems
* Translate high-temperature process technology into modular deployable units
* Oversee integration across thermal, pressure and gas systems
* Drive certification readiness and structured delivery
* Work alongside core technology leadership to bring systems to market
This is about ownership, delivery and turning innovation into real-world product.
What Matters
* Strong chemical / process engineering background
* Experience with high-temperature or high-pressure industrial systems
* Experience delivering skid-mounted or modular plant systems
* Background in modular / skid-based equipment
* Proven track record taking new technology through to commercial launch
* Comfortable operating in regulated engineering environments
Hydrogen experience is useful, but not essential.
Industrial product scale-up experience is.
