* đź’Ľ The Day-to-Day
As a Senior Strategist, you’ll:
o Lead strategy projects from proposition development to creative activation
o Build positioning and brand architecture that leads to real-world design systems
o Create compelling narratives and guidelines across multiple brand touchpoints
o Run workshops, contribute to IP, and mentor junior strategists
o Bring fresh energy and ideas to a fast-moving founding team
* 🌟 The Ideal Candidate
o 5+ years in brand strategy, ideally in a top-tier consultancy or brand-led agency
o Strong in proposition development, architecture, identity and narrative building
o Confident working across consumer sectors (FMCG, travel, leisure, etc.)
o Experienced in turning insight into strategy — and strategy into activation
o Natural storyteller, commercially sharp, creatively curious
o Up for building something new (not just joining a team — helping build the team)
