Enablement Administration Assistant
Salary: £12,398.50 (£25,397 FTE)
Permanent, Part Time - 20 hours per week

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our Enablement Service. In this key role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Enablement Service Managers and Senior Support Partners, ensuring that our services run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide efficient administrative support to the Enablement Service Managers and Senior Support Partners.
* Collect and input statistical and service performance data, producing regular reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and other databases.
* Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures to support service delivery.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents; manage filing systems and photocopying tasks.
* Support with rota arrangements and ensure accurate scheduling.
* Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Assist with data collation for referrals, assessments, and contract compliance reporting.
