School Receptionist Required for Secondary School in Wakefield
At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Receptionist to work full‑time at a fantastic secondary school in Wakefield.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 3.30pm.
About the role:
Our administrator duties can include:
* Using the school’s internal system to record data
* Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
* Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
* Checking in visitors upon arrival
* Issuing security passes
* Logging student lateness
* Communicating with outside vendors to ensure staff are aware of deliveries
The ideal applicant will have:
* Experience working in a school
* A real passion for working within an education environment.
* Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
