Art Department The Art Department is well-established and known for producing work of outstanding quality across multiple mediums. The curriculum embraces both traditional and contemporary approaches, encouraging students to think critically, reflect creatively, and express themselves through fine art, sculpture, printmaking, and digital media. Students regularly participate in local and national exhibitions, competitions, and gallery visits, and the department is a hub of energy, colour, and exploration. Your Role You will support the Head of Art in curriculum development, assessment planning, and departmental coordination. You’ll help manage resources, mentor colleagues and ECTs, and lead on one or more key areas such as KS4 GCSE planning or cross-curricular art initiatives. You will also continue to deliver high-quality lessons across all key stages and support extra-curricular art clubs and exhibitions.
