The Role
You will support the day-to-day running of the gym, help create a positive member experience, and assist with classes when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming and assisting members on the gym floor
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of equipment and facilities
* Supporting fitness classes and studio setup
* Providing excellent customer service
* Promoting memberships and gym services
* Ensuring health & safety standards are followed
Requirements
* Must be reliable, hardworking, and motivated
* Previous fitness class experience is essential
* Friendly and confident with members
* Flexible with working hours (including evenings/weekends)
* Passion for health and fitness
