What You’ll Be Doing
·
Inspire, mentor, and help manage the kitchen team,
building a culture of excellence.
·
Take ownership of day-to-day kitchen
operations—stock, prep, quality, and efficiency.
·
Collaborate with the Head Chef to craft
innovative menus, specials, and seasonal dishes.
·
Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is
consistent, perfectly presented, and full of flavour.
·
Uphold the highest hygiene, health & safety,
and kitchen standards.
·
Drive performance, training, and development for
junior team members.
Who We’re Looking For
· Proven
experience as a Chef de Partie or similar, ready to step into leadership.
· Passionate
about food, creative in approach, and committed to excellence.
