Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
We have full Time roles available.
Shift times are between 9am and 11pm - Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:
1. You thrive under pressure, love a challenge, and can rally a kitchen behind you.
2. A hands-on chef who keeps cool, stays positive, and leads by example.
3. Due to some responsibilities within the Chef de Partie role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
ABOUT THE CHEF de PARTIE ROLE:
4. Lead and supervise the kitchen.
5. Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
6. Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
7. Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
8. At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
