Job Description
We are working with a well-established and expanding rural estate in North Yorkshire, recognised for its high-quality country sports and outdoor leisure offering.
At the heart of the estate is a respected clay shooting operation, supported by hospitality, retail and customer experiences. As the estate looks to broaden its offer and develop a more resilient, year-round business, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead existing operations and play a key role in future growth.
The role
This is a senior, hands-on position with responsibility for both day-to-day performance and longer-term development. The Commercial Manager will:
1. Lead the day-to-day operation of a premium country sports and outdoor leisure business, ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience
2. Oversee the clay shooting operation as a core part of the offer, working closely with experienced instructors and operational teams
3. Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team across operations, hospitality, retail and front-of-house service
4. Take ownership of commercial performance, including budgets, pricing, margins and overall P&L delivery
