Key Responsibilities

* Private Client Solicitor to manage a broad range of private client matters including:\n

o Wills
o Lasting Powers of Attorney
o Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
o Family Investment/ Personal Investment Companies
o Succession planning for businesses
o Probate and Estate Administration
o Trusts

* Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and networking activities
* Contributing positively to the growth and culture of the team
* Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance

Candidate Profile
You will be:

* Experienced Private Client Solicitor in England & Wales
* Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
* Commercially aware and proactive
* Private Client Solicitor who is compassionate, approachable and client-focused
