As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing process, from initial concept (Design) through to process planning, document control and programming for the shopfloor. The successful candidate will be required to offline program for both machining centres and lathes whilst continually looking into ways to improve machining processes. Duties of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer: * To plan and design the manufacturing process from start to finish from a continuous improvement perspective and reduction of waste. * Produce accurate stage drawings, detailed documentation, set up packs, SOP’s etc. * To support the quotation process with lead-times and costs. * Support heavily with new product introduction (...
