Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to individuals in need
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Educate and empower individuals to develop independent living skills
- Create and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with Mental Health needs
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and compassion in dealing with challenging situations
- Ability to adapt to different environments and work effectively in a team setting
