Role Responsibilities – Secondary History Teacher:
* Teach History at KS3 and KS4 in secondary schools
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, differentiated History lessons
* Maintain excellent classroom management and positive behaviour strategies
* Assess, track, and support pupil progress in History
* Develop students’ critical thinking, historical enquiry, and analytical skills
Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching History in secondary education
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills
* Passion for History teaching and learning
* Commitment to raising attainment and improving outcomes for all learners
