Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-regarded secondary school in Ruislip that is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Data Manager to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time, long-term position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
About the Role:
As the Data Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the school by:
Managing and maintaining the school's Bromcom MIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Overseeing student data, assessment tracking, attendance, reporting, and timetabling.
Generating reports and analysing data to support senior leadership in decision-making.
Ensuring the school remains compliant with data protection regulations and reporting requirements.
Supporting staff with data entry, system usage, and training where necessary.
Working closely with the Exams Officer, SLT, and administrative teams to ensure seamless data operations.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience working as a Data Manager (or in a similar role) within a UK school setting.
Strong working knowledge of Bromcom is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident using MIS systems, Excel, and other relevant software.
Ability to manage sensitive information in line with GDPR and school policies.
A proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
