Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and develop your team to achieve retail excellence.
* Sales Target Achievement: Drive store sales performance, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
* Customer Experience: Ensure a fantastic shopping experience for all customers.
* Visual Merchandising: Implement displays that attract customers and boost sales.
* Store Operations: Support the Store Manager in running the day-to-day retail operations.
Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience in retail, ideally as a Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent customer service and team development abilities.
* A background in fashion or accessories is a plus.
