About the role

We are seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join our Customer Services team based in the Southern region.

Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive customer service support across the area, collaborating closely with the Customer Services team, liaising with customers, contractors, and other staff within the wider business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Make contact with every customer after legal completion and maintain regular contact throughout the 24-month NHBC warranty period.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to manage expectations.
* Issue Miller documentation as required to assist homeowners in understanding their new homes.
* Input data accurately and efficiently into the customer service system, Salesforce.
* Coordinate remedial tasks within the geographical area effectively.
* Build positive relationships with colleagues, especially in Sales and Production, to facilitate smooth transitions and remedial task completion.
* Communicate effectively with contractors and third parties to ensure SLA compliance.
* Handle all incoming communications promptly and record them accurately within specified timescales.
* Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and dignity when interacting with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors, upholding the company's core values under pressure.
* Monitor costs against budgets and manage contra charges with proper documentation.
* Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good administrative capabilities. Maintain client and company confidentiality at all times.
