Pay: £36,000 - £40,000 Basic DOE

Assist the workshop controller in daily workshop operations
Ensure vehicles are quality checked and presented to the workshop staff at the appropriate times
Oversee that cars are completed, correctly parked, and taken off-site as required
Prepare job cards and organise workshop workflows efficiently
Support a team of approximately 15 technicians to ensure smooth productivity and workshop flowRequirements:
Proven experience in workshop or workshop support roles, ideally within a dealership environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable and steady operator, with a focus on maintaining workshop standards
Ability to work well within a team and support workshop operations
