We’re looking for a Servicing & Deployment Team Manager to lead our administration team in delivering outstanding support for planned and reactive domestic maintenance services. This is a key role where you’ll optimise engineering resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance through data insights—all while coaching and developing a high-performing team. This is a full time role, working from our Burnet Rd office in Norwich, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm W hat You’ll Be Do ing: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication for servicing and repairs Lead and coach the administration team to deliver high-quality service and meet KPIs Develop a professional and positive workplace culture by role modelling the highest standards of personal integrity Analyse performance data and produce insightful reports to support continuous improvement Act as a key point of contact for escalated customer queries and complaints Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management of team members Ensure systems are accurate and up to date, and that all administrative tasks are completed on time What we are looking for: Proven experience managing administration teams in an operational setting Strong coaching and leadership skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and data systems Highly organised with strong attention to detail Educated to GCSE level or equivalent experience required Essential Criteria: Good Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively Coaching Skills Confident in handling conflict and difficult conversations Adaptable, innovative, and self-motivated Able to influence and drive performance improvements Committed to confidentiality and professionalism If you are ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role, apply now to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our customers.
