Specifically, you will:
* Shape clients' change and transformation plans, ensuring alignment with business cases and wider organisational objectives
* Lead day-to-day, client-facing Advisory work, managing delivery, priorities, and relationships
* Think strategically, applying critical analysis and insight to complex problems and uncertain contexts
* Challenge assumptions and options, and present credible, persuasive alternatives that support better decision-making
* Work as part of collaborative delivery teams across the UK, UAE, and USA
* Build strong relationships across AECOM, including Programme Management, Economics, and Strategic Procurement, as well as engineering, architecture and master planning.
* Operate across the full spectrum of consultancy, from advising executive leadership and shaping direction to leading workshops and producing high-quality outputs
* Build strong relationships with Clients, spending time working on client sites across the UK and UAE, as required
* Support and develop junior team members, helping build change and transformation capability for the future
