Daily Duties
8. Work across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion
9. Produce high-quality design and technical drawings
10. Assist with planning applications, building regulations, and tender packages
11. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
12. Attend site visits and project meetings
13. Support project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints
Ideal Candidate
14. Part 2 Architectural Assistant with substantial UK practice experience, or a fully qualified Part 3 Architect
15. Strong design and technical skills
16. Proficient in industry-standard software (Adobe Suite essential; MicroStation and SketchUp beneficial)
17. Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
18. Excellent communication and organisational abilities
19. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
20. Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects (desirable)
21. Experience running projects or leading small teams (desirable)
22. Ideally based locally to Carshalton, Surrey / South London
