Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for a paint sprayer on behalf of a well established manufacturer in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on individual with machine setting experience, looking to secure a long term role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up and operating paint spraying booth equipment
* Preparing and setting up pump systems
* Carrying out wet paint spraying
* Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Supporting general production duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Confident to lead small team of people
* Wet paint spraying experience is advantageous
* Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Working hours:
* Afternoon shift
* Monday to Friday 2pm 10pm
Pay:
* £15.00 per hour
* Pay increase available after 13 weeks based on performance
