The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Sales Quote Processor / Administrator on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a growing team and contribute to the efficient delivery of bespoke customer quotations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately process customer quotations using Business Micro, Window Designer, and Door Builder software
· Respond to customer quotation queries related to composite doors and associated products
· Collaborate closely with the external sales team and Sales Director
· Support the development and maintenance of new business accounts
· Ensure all quotations are completed on time and in line with customer specifications
Essential Skills & Experience:
· Strong IT proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems
· Previous experience in the window and door industry is advantageous (training provided)
· Excellent attention to detail and time management
· A proactive, flexible approach with a willingness to learn and cross-train
· Reliable with a strong attendance and punctuality record
· Sales-driven mindset with a desire to contribute to business growth
Hours & Pay:
· Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
· Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
· Salary to be discussed at interview, dependant on experience.
