Grade: Grade 7, SCP 25-29

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

Working Pattern: All Year Round

Actual Salary: £35,235 - £38,626

Interview Date: To be confirmed

The working pattern for this post is full year. However, term time only plus two weeks would also be considered by the panel for the right candidate (pro rata’d salary would apply).

The Governors are seeking an experienced Business Manager with a passion for excellence in education. This is a senior leadership position in the school and the post holder will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team. This role will oversee our day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to long-term strategic planning. This is a pivotal role for someone who is both analytical and people-oriented, with a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage business operations
* Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with school objectives
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
* Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and communication
* Managing Health & Safety
* Managing Human Resources

* Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
* FMS experience (desirable not essential)
