The working pattern for this post is full year. However, term time only plus two weeks would also be considered by the panel for the right candidate (pro rata’d salary would apply).
The Governors are seeking an experienced Business Manager with a passion for excellence in education. This is a senior leadership position in the school and the post holder will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team. This role will oversee our day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to long-term strategic planning. This is a pivotal role for someone who is both analytical and people-oriented, with a passion for delivering results.
