About the Role
• To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
• To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher and form tutor
• To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
• To contribute to raising standards of achievement and maximising student attainment.
• To share and support the school's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.

About You
* You will be an experienced and motivated Design & Technology teacher with QTS and strong subject knowledge, able to lead high‑quality teaching across the department.
* You will bring clear evidence of improving outcomes, strong curriculum understanding, and a commitment to continually developing teaching and learning.
* You will have the confidence to support and guide colleagues, build positive relationships, and contribute proactively to whole‑school improvement.
