Are you a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in a welcoming school environment? A fantastic primary school in Saltburn is currently seeking a dedicated TA to join their team and support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

Start Date: ASAP
Position: Full-time (long-term cover) – Level 3 Teaching Assistant
About the Role:
* Work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum
* Provide targeted support through 1:1 and small group interventions
* Assist with behaviour management and classroom routines
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Help pupils reach their full potential both academically and socially
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working with children in a primary school setting
* A caring, proactive, and flexible attitude
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
* A commitment to supporting children's learning and development
