Position Overview
You will form an integral part of a busy property department where you will support the team on both residential and commercial matters and ensure the department continues to offer an excellent service to their clients.
Responsibilities
1. Drafting various legal documents and client correspondence
2. Liaising with clients in person and by telephone
3. Digital dictation and note-taking
4. Diary management
5. Photocopying, scanning and filing
6. General administrative duties
Requirements
7. Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role
8. Experience within the property process is preferred
9. Strong organisational and time management skills
10. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
