The role combines reactive service desk support with continuous improvement of IT service delivery and user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide first-class IT service desk support to office-based and remote users Manage user account changes, onboarding, and offboarding Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments Provide mobile device support and management Deliver IT support across Preston and London offices Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure professional presentation of IT systems, equipment, and workspaces About You You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
