We are seeking a motivated and supportive Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a school and play a key role in helping students succeed both in and out of the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education and supporting young people to achieve their full potential. Starting October 2025.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
* Work alongside teachers to support learning across a range of subjects.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who may need extra guidance.
* Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation.
* Support students with additional needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
* Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
* A positive, proactive and flexible approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant.
* Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
* A genuine interest in education and supporting student development.
