Our client is a multinational organisation looking for a Legal Counsel / Commercial Lawyer to join their busy and growing in-house legal department for a 12 - 14 month fixed term contract.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate keen to develop and progress their skills. You would be dealing with a wide range of high value, complex and multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts and agreements.
Based in Yorkshire this company does offer hybrid working and would consider candidates willing to go into their offices 1-2 days per week.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 4+ years PQE with a proven track record in their career to date
2. Have a strong grounding in drafting and negotiating high value, complex commercial contracts and agreements
3. Assist the business on other legal matters including compliance, anti-bribery and disputes as and when they arise
