The Job
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies that align with business goals.
* Supervise the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials and products.
* Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Monitor logistics performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
* Collaborate with project managers to support project timelines and requirements.
* Lead and mentor logistics team members to enhance performance and productivity.
The Profile
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Valid CSCS card and Traffic Marshall license are required.
* You have at least 2 years experience ideally as a Transportation / Logistics within Real Estate.
* You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
* You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
* You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
