Key Responsibilities: Managing sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion. Handling Draft Contracts, Freehold and Leasehold enquiries, and exchange of Contracts. Reviewing and reporting on search results and mortgage offers. Ensuring compliance with the UK Finance mortgage lenders’ handbook. Keeping files organised and ensuring all checklists and documentation are up to date. Providing regular updates to clients and introducers. Overseeing workload distribution and supporting junior staff where necessary. Preparing completion packs and coordinating final steps in the conveyancing process. Handling general office administration, including post, filing, and account balances. Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client and third-party interactions.Skills & Experience Required: Experience in a Case handler role and managing files Experience of lending portals Familiar with familiar with Land Registry portals Excellent attention to detail and ability to review legal documents accurately. Strong organisational and time-management skills. A proactive and problem-solving approach to work. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders. Experience working with case management systems is an advantage
