About Little Pips Nursery
Little Pips Nursery, a state‑of‑the‐art early years education facility, opened its doors in September 2025 on the grounds of Pocklington School. Backed by the expertise and resources of Pocklington School, the nursery offers a nurturing haven where children aged 0 to 4 years can thrive. Its comprehensive approach combines highly qualified educators inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach with access to an art studio, forest school and 32 acres of outdoor space, creating a truly holistic early years care and education environment.
Responsibilities
* Work in one of four rooms (Baby, walking to 2s, 2 to 3 or pre‑schoolers) to deliver high‑quality early childhood education.
* Provide day‑to‑day care and supervision of children to ensure their safety, well‑being and happiness.
* Provide engaging, child‑centred learning experiences that reflect the Reggio‑Emilia approach.

Qualifications
* Level 2 or above in Early Childhood Education (e.g. Early Years Educator, CACHE Level 2 or equivalent).
* Experience working within an early years setting, with a passion for child‑led, creative learning.
* Commitment to the application of the Reggio‑Emilia approach in early childhood education.
* Patient, creative and enthusiastic with the ability to form strong, trusting relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
