Medway Council is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Education, Health and Care (EHC) Assessment Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this key role, you will manage the Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA) process and ensure the production of high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within statutory timeframes. You’ll work across all educational phases—from Early Years to Post-16—ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet the aspirations and needs of every child or young person.
