Core Responsibilities The Consumer Insights Manager will have key responsibilities to support Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE) and Consumer Insights objectives in bringing the voice of the consumer to CSE, DCE (Direct-to-Consumer Experience) and the wider LEGO® group. These insights and analysis will provide the foundation for data-based decision making with the consumer at its heart. This role will drive projects and reporting from conception to delivery, working alongside partners to understand business needs/objectives, and together with analysts, encouraging strong collaboration to develop insight projects and reporting that excel in their delivery. Focus will be across the board, leading projects in areas such as consumer happiness, needs and behaviors, product feedback, operational performance, and overall consumer journeys – evolving to follow business priorities Support realization of team and departmental strategic objectives, assessing info needs and transforming them into deliverables. Effectively communicate, crafting insights into compelling reporting that challenges existing views and push forward change. Coordinate the annual planning process, crafting project roadmaps and supervising progress against objectives. Maintain and lead team process ownership, ensuring it remains up-to-date and complete Play your part in our team succeeding The Consumer Insights team plays a meaningful role in putting the voice of the consumer at the heart of everything the LEGO Group does, providing insights to drive data-based decision making at all levels. We are responsible for crafting these insights from millions of consumer engagements we receive globally each year, distilling them into takeaways that help the business to understand our consumers and ensure they are at the centers of our actions. Do you have what it takes? It is highly desirable that the right candidate have hands on experience in consumer insight projects and teams, navigating and connecting multiple data sources to produce insights that drive data-based decision making. Furthermore, experience in translating strategic and operational objectives of CSE and external partners, into analysis focus, prioritizing and defining business questions to produce outstanding results. Besides this, you have: Some years’ experience works leading insights creation projects involving consumer needs and preferences, as well as operational performance. Experience working in a large matrix organization, strategically assessing business needs and data sources to build a bigger picture and deliver improvement opportunities. Strong experience in partner engagement and project management. Outstanding communication skills, delivering reports and presentations that inspire change. Experience crafting insights that use social listening and community data is a plus. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word for insights reporting and presentation.
