We are an established, family-run jewellers with a proud reputation for craftsmanship, personal service, and trust. We are seeking a Key Holder to join our boutique team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected independent jewellers, working with fine jewellery, luxury timepieces, and exclusive collections.
What you'll be doing:
* Acting as a trusted key holder, opening and closing the store.
* Welcoming and advising clients in line with the expectations of the luxury retail market.
* Handling and presentingluxury goods with care and professionalism.
* Setting up window displays each morning and free-hand merchandising to maintain the boutique's appearance.
* Processing transactions accurately using the till system.
* Using Microsoft Excel for stock control and reporting.
* Supporting the team during peak trading times, such as Christmas and holidays.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in luxury retail (jewellery, watches, fashion, or similar within the luxury sector).
* Excellent communication and literacy skills.
* Confident in using tills and computer systems, including Excel.
* Reliable, trustworthy, and able to take responsibility.
* An eye for detail and flair for presentation/merchandising.
