We need strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including compute, networking, security, and platform services. We need expertise in automation and Infrastructure as Code using tools such as ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or equivalent. We require a solid understanding of API-based architectures and distributed systems. We are looking for experience working closely with applications built in C# and .NET. We need strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native principles. We require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. We need someone comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on technical levels. Hands-on experience with C# .NET Core, SQL, pipeline configuration, GitHub Actions, orchestration, YAML, and PowerShell is required. Experience with Azure administration, including networks and security, is required. We value experience preparing and managing data used in AI workflows. Responsibilities: We will have you lead the design, implementation, and evolution of DevOps practices for our Field Platform. We will have you own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and repeatable deployments. We will have you promote automation-first methods across infrastructure, build, test, deployment, and operational processes. We will have you architect, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using Infrastructure as Code. We will have you work collaboratively with software engineers to support applications built with C#, .NET, and APIs, ensuring production readiness. We will have you help guarantee high availability, scalability, performance, and security of platform services. We will have you advocate best practices for observability, monitoring, logging, and incident management. We will have you provide technical mentorship and guidance to DevOps and engineering teams. We will have you serve as a key stakeholder in cross-team discussions, influencing platform and architectural decisions. We will have you clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. We will have you collaborate with software engineering managers, principal software engineers, product teams, security teams, and infrastructure teams. We will have you support our ability to forecast and schedule colleague availability to meet customer demand efficiently.
