Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Reformer Pilates Instructor located in London. The Reformer Pilates Instructor will lead group exercise classes, provide individualized physical therapy guidance, and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Daily tasks include setting up equipment, instructing clients on the proper use of the reformer machine, developing personalized workout plans offering modifications as needed and teaching severwl classes. The instructor will also engage in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining an encouraging and inclusive environment for all clients.
Qualifications
* Pilates Instruction and Teaching skills
* Experience in Group Exercise sessions
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Ability to adapt exercises to clients of various fitness levels
* Certification in Pilates Instruction
* CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a fitness or wellness setting is an advantage
