Role: Accounts Assistant

Purpose of Role:
To be an integral member of the Accounts Team, handling a variety of tasks as detailed below.
Main Responsibilities:
* Processing incoming cheques
* Processing client and disbursement payments
* Clearing client balances
* Performing aged debt analysis and credit control
* Balancing ledgers at final billing stage
* Updating spreadsheets
* Dealing with fee earner queries
* Closing client files
* Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
* Performing other accounts administration tasks as required
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Attention to detail
* Good mathematical skills
* Basic proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office
* Effective communication skills
Desired Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Experience with a case management system is preferred.
