Were fully regulated by the CLC and a key driver in the acquisition of Northwood Banks by the HAIG Legal Group was to ensure a strong future and continued growth for the company, including Nationwide expansion.

We are now looking for a Licensed Probate Practitioner to join us on either a full or part-time basis to assist with active files as the team expands.

Your Job

BASE £35,000-50,000

We are seeking a qualified Probate Practitioner to join our expanding, licensed conveyancing firm. The role will include obtaining Grants of Probate as well as advising on both simple and complex cases. Our Probate Practitioners will have responsibility for preparing and filing necessary legal documents with relevant courts and assisting in the valuation of estates, including property and assets.

You will be responsible for managing times and deadlines associated with probate proceedings as well as ensuring that accurate records and documentation is maintained. You will receive full administrative support throughout your role. xsngvjr

Key Duties:

* Prepare and file necessary legal documents
* Assist in valuation of estates
* Manage timelines and your own caseload
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Ensure excellent customer service when dealing with clients
* Continuous training in line with best practice and legislation

Job Requirements

* Qualified probate practitioner
* Strong knowledge of probate law and estate administration procedures
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Drive, determination and a genuine desire to help our clients
* Comfortable taking ownership and designing processes
