What You'll Be Doing:
* Learning how to deliver an outstanding MINI customer experience, from first enquiry to vehicle handover
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day showroom operations and online enquiries
* Gaining product knowledge to confidently present MINI vehicles and features to potential customers
* Learning about finance options, insurance products, and aftersales services
* Working towards sales targets while always maintaining a customer-first approach
* Completing structured training as part of the MINI Sales Apprenticeship Programme
What We're Looking For:
* A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills
* Confidence, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for customer service and the MINI brand
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
* Previous customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential
Location: Long Hanborough, North Oxford Garage
Hours: Full-time apprenticeship
Training Provided:
You'll take part in the official MINI Sales Apprenticeship Programme, combining in-house learning, online training, and dedicated mentorship. You'll gain industry-recognised qualifications while earning and learning on the job.
