About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our busy office in Coatbridge. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, ideally with previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
Managing and maintaining client files (paper and digital)
Filing, scanning, and document organisation
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Answering telephone calls and taking messages
Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
Assisting with conveyancing administration (preferred)
Skills & Experience Required
Previous administrative experience (essential)
Experience within a legal or conveyancing environment (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly:
Outlook
Excel
Word
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Professional and friendly communication manner
