My client is looking for an experienced and passionate Recruitment Manager who can hit the ground running and lead from the front. Alongside your own billings, you will take over the operational functions and elevate the temp office with the support of a trusted and recognized industry leader. Proven sales ability, hands-on managerial skills, and the ability to motivate and develop your team are essential to show great leadership skills.
Job Description
* Develop and run an Educational Desk
* Develop and motivate your team of 4 to increase branch revenue and hit targets
* Conduct regular one-to-ones with your staff
* Hold motivating meetings
* Take responsibility for the P&L of your team
* Maximize the profitability of the branch
* Provide a professional recruitment service to clients and candidates
* Develop and maintain existing client relationships
* Win and develop new business through sales calls and client visits
Person Specification
* Proven experience in fast-paced Temp Education Recruitment
* Proven management experience within recruitment
* Sales-oriented
* Flexible approach to work
* Customer-focused with exceptional organizational skills
* Ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Educated to A-level standard
