What We’re Looking For
* Full UK driving licence – essential (non-negotiable)
You must be able to travel between sites and work flexibly across the local area.
* Immediate availability and commitment to full-time hours.
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Support Worker, ideally within SEN, SEMH, or specialist settings.
* A genuine passion for supporting learners with a range of additional needs.
* Confidence in building positive, professional relationships with pupils and staff.
Fast-Track Clearance
If you already hold an Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce Only) on the Update Service, we can fast-track your clearance and get you started as soon as possible.
Your Role Will Include
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with diverse learning needs.
* Supporting students both in and out of the classroom.
* Helping to maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
* Working closely with teachers, SEN teams, and external professionals to deliver tailored support.
* Promoting independence, confidence, and emotional regulation in learners.
