Primary Tutor Our Primary Tutors play an essential role in helping students who need extra support in core subjects. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one or small group lessons in Maths and English, tailored to primary-level learning needs. Adapt lesson content and pace to suit different learning styles and abilities. Support students in building subject knowledge, study skills, and confidence. Establish a trusting and consistent rapport to create a safe, supportive learning environment. Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to parents/carers or professionals as required. Essential Requirements At least 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring Maths or English at primary level. Experience working with learners in a 1:1 or small group setting. Right to work in the UK. Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check. Desirable Qualifications PGCE in Primary Education and/or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
