The role:
As an Process Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:
1. Independently lead process engineering design activities, following JM standards and procedures
2. Independently develop process engineering designs, including pressure relief systems, heat and mass balances, process
3. specifications, P&ID development and process safety design
4. Check & approve design calculations carried out by junior process engineers
5. Check & approve pressure relief calculations carried out by junior process engineers
6. Participate in & act as scribe for process hazard assessments and other technical risk assessments (including Hazard Studies, LoPA & Area Classification)
Requirements for the role:
7. Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience - Essential
8. Working towards chartered Engineer status - Essential
9. Demonstrable experience in a Process Engineering role – Essential
10. Demonstration of customer focus and ability to respond to customer needs whilst achieving project and corporate objectives - Essential
