A growing, innovative supplier of specialist acoustic and soundproofing systems is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in supporting external sales, managing inbound enquiries, and helping to grow the companys customer base from within a busy and supportive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and website.
* Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers to close sales.
* Support the external sales team with administrative and customer service tasks.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with pricing and stock availability.
* Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Experience in internal sales, telesales, or customer service (ideally B2B).
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
