Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting a graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant in a Sefton secondary school.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop classroom management skills, support pupils' learning, and gain valuable insight into life in a secondary school setting.
The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:Experience supporting young people, preferably within a secondary school settingPrevious experience in a 1:1 support role or working with pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) is highly desirableA patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting individual student needsExcellent communication and organisational skillsA strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
