As an Operations Assistant based in Chesterfield you’ll be responsible for:
* Serving customers behind the trading counter when needed
* Picking equipment for customers and loading it onto vehicles. Once the items have been returned, you will unload them, check for damage and put them back in their appropriate place
* Using a forklift to load and unload vehicles
* Reporting any item damage to the wider team and liaising with the office daily
This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am – 4.30pm
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Previous warehouse experience
* A forklift license is desirable
* Willingness to learn and step up to run the branch in the Branch Managers absence
* Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships
