Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Your Role
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our established Children's Home Team at Bayview. You will work in a family-oriented environment in Capernwray, Carnforth, supporting a maximum of four young people.
Your mission? To guide young individuals aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges towards success. You will create a safe, secure, and nurturing atmosphere that fosters their growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Registered Manager in leading daily operations to enhance the lives of our young residents.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain our 'Outstanding' or 'Good' Ofsted ratings.
* Step in for the Registered Manager when needed, ensuring smooth operations.
* Maintain compliance with care plans, legal requirements, and organizational policies.
* Foster a positive, inclusive environment where children feel they belong.
* Engage proactively with children to build meaningful relationships and enhance their quality of life.
What We’re Looking For
You must hold a full UK driving license and possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.

* Manage staff fairly and consistently to minimize turnover.
* Address day-to-day staff issues promptly and professionally.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
* Promote good hygiene practices among all staff members.
