JOB – Business Development Manager
LOCATION – Remote, involving travel to meet UK-based customers and occasionally visit the office in Worthing
TERM- Permanent
SALARY - £45,000-£50,000 per annum
My client designs and manufactures products within the Electrical sector. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The company is based in Worthing, but this role will be remote (requirement to be in the office around once every 3 months), and will involve travel to meet UK-based customers as required.
The Business Development Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
1. Experience working in Business Development for B2B sales, ideally selling to OEMs
2. Ideally have a background within an Electrical industry
3. Able to find customers and win new business, whilst managing accounts and maintaining customers
4. A passion for sales and an entrepreneurial mindset
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a small team
6. Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate others
